Nestled in a charming neighborhood, this quaint restaurant offers a delightful breakfast experience with a cozy atmosphere perfect for gatherings or intimate dates. Guests rave about the fresh and tasty menu options, including standout breakfast burritos and alluring eggs benedict. While the service is consistently praised for its friendliness and efficiency, the ambiance can get lively during peak hours. Coffee lovers may want to steer clear of the espresso, opting instead for delectable alternatives like peppermint schnapps hot chocolate. Overall, this eatery is a must-visit for both locals and travelers craving hearty, well-prepared meals.
Very cute little cafe. Scrumptious grub and the waiters and staff are very accommodating! Would highly recommend if you’re in Chicago!
Busy restaurant! We got so lucky to be seated right away! Servers were friendly! Our food came pretty quick with big portion! We love our food here. I got stuffed french toast with sourdough, it came with banana and walnuts. My husband got Polish sausage with egg and hash brown. Good spot for brunch and price is not pricey! Good price in the nice neighborhood!
We ate breakfast here 3 of our 4 days! Only didn't go the first day because we didn't know about it. Food was amazing. Super fresh, portion size was great and the wait staff was so good. Even the toast was good! I always think that is a true sign if a good breakfast place, when they take the time and care to even have good bread. The owner is incredible extremely friendly and wants everyone to have a great experience. If you are in the are this is a must visit spot.
The food was delightful, but the drinks truly took center stage. Their hot chocolate with peppermint schnapps was the best I've ever had. It had the perfect balance of peppermint flavor, adding a festive touch without overwhelming the drink with the taste of alcohol.
The food was fantastic, and the portion sizes were just perfect—not too small, not too large, but just right. They offer a variety of vegetarian options alongside the classic breakfast dishes. We loved the atmosphere, and the delightful aromas as you enter the restaurant are truly inviting. It's not crowded on weekdays, as it's a bit off the beaten path from downtown. We will definitely return!
