I just called to see if they were open today because I was in the drive-thru and no one was responding through the speaker. However, when they answered the phone, they confirmed that they were open.

Although there have been occasional delays during slower periods, our/my orders have consistently been served hot, fresh, and accurate.

The service at this restaurant was extremely poor and the staff did not provide a warm welcome. They seemed indifferent and uninterested. I will not be returning.
