I enjoyed coming here often especially for coffee and croissants. The coffee was excellent and I also took a liking to the chocolate cannoli. The staff was always helpful, kind and full of smiles. It is right across from the train station and the bus station in the center of town. They also had pizza, sandwiches, salads and more. Great place! View all feedback.
What Marfimel doesn't like about Piccolo (corso Dante):
Made us wait ages, coming out to clear tables or talk amongst themselves, ignoring us. We only wanted a drink but we waited 10 minutes before leaving as no one had approached us. An hour or so later, on our return from lunch and a stroll, we decided to give them another go. Bad idea we were clearly the butt of some joke amongst the 4 middle aged female staff. They left our drinks waiting on the bar for ages before we received them and made in jokes amongst themselves when we were sent inside to pay our bill. Happily, this was the only place where we encountered bad service all holiday and on leaving, we strolled 50 yards and found a fab bar vinoria where everything was completely different great place, staff, drinks.
