Popped in for a coffee and cake (as you do in Italy ! and my goodness it was good. Beautiful building, very friendly staff, lovely smooth coffee and my husband had a different cake or pastry everyday and declared them all delicious ! The lady saw us checking our phones and gave us the wifi codes too and the bill ??? Under €5 each time FOR BOTH OF US !! Exceptional value (only cake for hubby as I don't have a sweet tooth ! X. Highly recommend
This place has a very long tradition. I remenber eating their excelllent pastries when I was a young boy i am now 67). Not only the quality, even the old time athmosphere is part of the pleasure. Not a restuarant, just a pasticceria
Family run, very good choice and quality of fresh patisserie, to eat in or take away, as well as excellent espresso coffee Italian style. They have some tables on the pavement outside. They also make their own excellent quality “panettone” (Italian Christmas cake) and “colombe” (Italian Easter dove cake), chocolates, etc
A quintessentially Italian experience. Drink a perfect espresso in a amazing vintage confectionary shot. while you are add it try one of the sweet and you will not be disappointed.
This isn't a real restaurant, but if you're in the mood for some Italian cookies, St. Honore cake, candies or the like, it is hard to beat Copello's in Chiavari. Closed on Tuesdays, which was almost a disaster as we waited to get our souvenir sweets to take home until the day before we departed. . .and wouldn't you know that we were leaving on Wednesday. Fortunately, they open before 8 a.m. so we were able to get a BUNCH of packaged stuff before our departure for Genoa airport. The ladies behind the counter are very accommodating.

Courteous and accurate service, also for a couple of cappuccini and brioche. It's a treasure, a bakery shop not to be missed when you go to a bar and the photos prove it!
