What Tim Caposio doesn't like about Taco John's:
Its always a treat while traveling to come across regionally managed taco bell-adjacent restaurants, due to the fact that taco bell is so incredibly corporate and inconsistent that its hardly ever worth it. Whether its Taco Time near Seattle, or a classic Del Taco in the southwest: I love convienent Mexican American cuisine with the recipes and value of yesteryear. Employees were great! The food was made horrible. Ordered B1 meat and potato burrito, they literally sprinkled a few sausage peice on it.
