Starbucks - Cheyenne

I arrived bright and early at 4:30 AM and was the only customer there. The woman who was working insisted that I move my truck because it wasn’t properly parked, and she made my coffee first while I moved it. The parking area was dark and the lines were unclear, which shouldn’t be a reason to be rude to a customer. I found this behavior unacceptable and even filed a complaint with the company. Ultimately, we chose to take our business elsewhere.

The staff were wonderful and the café was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the two employees working there. They definitely deserve a bonus! Our drinks were perfect. I got my dog his first puppy treat, and as you can see from the attached photo, he absolutely loved it! The parking situation was a bit confusing when using Google Maps, but it was easy enough to figure out once I was on the road and looked for the location. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

This small business can feel a bit cramped, but the coffee is great, and the staff are often very friendly. At times, it seems like they might be too busy to provide a complete customer experience, which could impact the likelihood of return visits. Nonetheless, it's worth stopping by, especially since they are the only Starbucks in the city.

They are super nice and I love their baristas. This place is always packed, so make sure you give extra time for your order. They typically run a bit behind.
