Loved this place!! Passed through on the way to Denver and was not disappointed. The food was delicious, the drinks were not too sweet (something they pride themselves in), and the bartenders were knowledgeable. John in particular was hilarious. Highly recommend. Have to say this was such a pleasant surprise and exactly what my wife and I were hoping to find local to Cheyenne. The drinks were creative, well balanced, and unique. Food was fresh and flavorful. My friends and I stopped by Paramount while visiting Cheyenne and it was perfection! The staff were so friendly, attentive and passionate about their jobs. They made sure to spend time discussing the cocktails and food menu with us. The drinks and foodwere incredible and well priced! Paramount Ballroom is always a delight! Bright, modern, upscale yet comfortable and welcoming. Defies the traditional expectations of ?old? Cheyenne. A great place to enjoy cocktails and snacks with friends!
