I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The waitress was incredibly friendly—I'm sorry I didn't catch her name. The food was excellent too!

I'm very picky about my coffee being full and she kept it hot and as soon as my food was in the window she grabbed it. She make sure I had my hot sauce and everything. Amazing service and great food shemade me feel like family

Drinks served promptly and food delivered in short order, attentive and friendly, food was hot and correct from the start, hash browns were probably overdone but not detrimental to the meal. Reduced menu due to Covid but still plenty of great options. Will definitely come back.

The last time I came here the service was horrible, food was cold and the dining area was a wreck. Fast forward 3 years later, first visit since then and it was a complete change. The dining area was better, a lot of tables neededto be cleaned up, but I can't fault the staff for that, it was literally like everyone left at once. Our server was freakingamazing. My water was never left empty and she always updated us on the status of our order, the food was great, yep, it wasgreat. Eggs cooked perfectly, the pancakes were perfect. I will definitely add IHOP back on as a breakfast location once again.

I... read more I don't know how IHOP managed to go from the best experience I've ever had to the absolute worst. We were seated quickly, but everything declined from there. I ordered iced tea, only to be informed at 8:15 PM that they had discarded all the tea in preparation to close at 9:00 PM. My wife requested a refill on her coffee at 8:30 PM, only to be told that the coffee makers were already being cleaned with chemicals. It seemed like Logan and the other staff were more focused on leaving for the night than serving customers during their posted hours. The food was forgettable, and I found myself constantly having to ask for things—except for the bill, of course. There was no manager in sight, and this experience has ensured that we won’t be returning to this IHOP. Poor service leads to lost customers, and there are too many other options to settle for this.
