Five Guys - Cheyenne

If there is an option to give them no stars I would. The food is fine but the customer service sucks. These guys have absolutely no sense of urgency and will sit there and joke and talk and laugh while they should be getting orders together.

These joints used to have the highest quality of food with the exciting atmosphere of on the fly orders. 10 years after the first time I stepped into one of these restaurants, I am begrudgingly disappointed with the Cheyenne location. I was hoping to relive some memories through the ambiance; instead, I was further let down when I asked for fresh fries as I noticed he never dropped fries, yet there was some waiting to be packed up before my patties had even been flipped over. When he tossed the old fries, he said loud enough for me to hear, rougly 12 feet away, I am wasting his fries. I am paying for an experience, not just the food, when the price for 2 burgers and a small fry is 30 dollars. This is the last time I will ever eat at five guys here in Cheyenne, as I would like to preserve the memory of how it used to be.

HUGE PORTIONS, plan accordingly. Very messy burgers. It's cool you can get some peanuts while you wait. VERY EXPENSIVE. 2 adults and a kid and we spent over $60+ for 3 burgers, 2 fries, and 3 soft drinks.
