Reviews - Espi's
Reviews summary
Nestled near the Pershing/Randall I-25 exit, this local diner serves big, affordable breakfast and lunch plates—notably loaded green chile, hefty breakfast burritos, smothered skillets, burgers and classic sides. Generous portions, clean restrooms, quick friendly service and seven-day hours make it a popular pit stop for families and road travelers; the 1970s diner vibe is nostalgic if a bit dated. Most visits deliver bold flavor and warm hospitality, though occasional inconsistency in seasoning, ingredient quality and drive-thru delays have been reported.

Do. Not. Sleep. On. Their. Breakfast. Burritos. ??My husband and I stopped and each got a handheld, he got ham, and I got sausage and you cannot go wrong. They are perfectly spicy with an amazing amount of flavor! Full to the brim with fresh hot ingredients. This all being written by a brekkie burrito snob. Yummy! And…open 7 days a week?! That’s a win for Chey-town no doubt! View all feedback.
What Donald P dislikes about Espi's:
The food was incredibly bland and disappointing. I waited more than 15 minutes after placing my order at the drive-thru for a very simple sandwich. The ingredients were of the lowest quality. Honestly, this will be my only visit. The only taste in the sandwich came from the grease of the meat. At nearly $7 for a sandwich, I expected much better. View all feedback.

Just driving through Cheyenne and found this gem! Wonderful food especially the onion rings and huevos ranchero's! A must stop
This is a decent little spot. They have a little bit different take on food which I was excited about that unfortunately of the for breakfast we got none of them were just amazing or fabulous just kind of average
My daughter got the Espi's French toast and it was so cute. I got the smothered burrito with sauce on the side and my husband got the smothered green chile breakfast burrito. It was all delicious and the staff was so nice. I really loved the Espi's spuds. Also, the restroom was really clean. Nice place!
Just found this place while we were passing through. I had the smothered burrito and the wife had biscuits and gravy with the Espy Spuds. It was awesome! Great food, great service, and great prices.

A fantastic pit stop during our lengthy family road trip. Classic dinner fare served with friendly staff and a laid-back, local atmosphere. The burgers, onion rings, and fries were spot on. The bacon was perfect, and the huge, lightly crispy pancake was incredible! Comfort food and warmth that made us feel at home despite being far away.
When they recommended the green chili, they really meant it—it was incredible! I opted for the build-your-own skillet with bacon and a generous topping of green chili. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was outstanding. Highly recommended!
The breakfast here is excellent, and the service is both friendly and efficient. It used to be called Burger Inn, but now it focuses solely on breakfast and lunch. I ordered a breakfast skillet, and it was delicious and satisfying!
The breakfast burritos are delicious and the portions are quite generous. What truly sets this place apart from other breakfast and lunch diners is the exceptional service. The staff is friendly and makes you feel right at home. I’ll keep coming back for this level of service and hospitality.
