I ordered 2 menus that really interest me and I’m very happy with it. Menu shirashi salmon lawyer was copious with salmon and well-fresh lawyer. I highly recommend this menu. After that, the salmon roll and salmon sashimi menu was also delicious. The preparation time was hyper fast : 2 minutes after the order was placed in Uber eats. I made an order this week and was disappointed. I took the chirachi and the maki. The freshness of the dishes makes no doubt, but on the other hand, your vinegar rice was immangeable for chirachi or maki. Maybe it's an exceptional failure, but the rice had too much sugar and it's not balanced with rice vinegar. As a result, I felt like I had a salty/sweet dish and it wasn't good.
