Underground Ramen - Chestnut Ridge

I happened to be in the area and stumbled upon this restaurant with a really nice atmosphere. The music was very calming, which created the perfect relaxed mood that I needed for the day.

I had a disappointing experience with the spring rolls as they had a poorly made filling that fell apart when I bit into them. Unfortunately, the kitchen also failed to deliver with the ramen.

I am always looking to try new restaurants. I found this place on Yelp and saw mixed reviews, but my son loves Asian cuisine, so we decided to give it a try. The restaurant has a beautiful modern atmosphere with a dark color scheme.

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. I'm happy that we now have a local spot where we can enjoy delicious ramen and quality drinks. I hope this place becomes more popular in the post-COVID era, as it has a unique charm.

We had a rough start with the Spring Rolls, as they had bland filling and fell apart when fried. Unfortunately, they were still being served. The Ramen and Tacos were decent. The service, however, was outstanding. The bartender was very apologetic about the Spring Rolls and handled the situation with professionalism.
