Milano's Pizzeria - Chestertown

Spent 45$ on an order They forgot my ketchup, I specifically asked for extra because I had none I'm not sure how most people like their French fries but. I only eat them with ketchup. They laughed at me Said they would bring it in fifteen minutes, never showed up

The food is good, however the service is awful! Also the prices are high, but they have a rewards program to help. Until you learn that the rewards program only works if you don’t use a coupon or get a special. Plus they “forget” to use my phone number for rewards and tell you after you cash out that it’s to late to add it. When you eat in they take forever to service you and rarely check on you to make sure everything it good. While the food taste good, it’s not worth the rest of the frustration.

Only had food delivered so far but I highly recommend their Santa Fe Rolls and the Corn Bites are also amazing! Their drivers are always so so friendly and courteous. New to the area, really appreciate their great service!
