We go in and eat they are having buffet I asked if we could order from the menu she says yes. So we do the place smelled good so we were looking forward to our meal. Anyway we watch her take stuff off the buffet on a plate. So I said that not ours right? Oh no she says. Then when we get our food it was overcooked mush I am sure it was off the buffet. Everything we ate was overcooked not fresh and lukewarm

The food is alright and nothing to write home to mom about. I do sometimes wonder if they truly care about their restaurant. Their dinner hours start at 4:30pm. However, if you try phoning to place an order around 4:30, they might not answer until 4:45 or even 5pm...that's because they haven't even opened yet. Furthermore, if you place an order right when they open, be prepared to wait at least 45 mins to get your food because they have to get the kitchen ready (i.e. preheat the oven etc. I've worked in a restaurant before and if you say you're open for business at 4:30pm, there is already someone there at least one hour prior to opening to get the kitchen ready. It really makes you wonder if the owners really care about the food they're serving if they don't care to open on time.

Chicken Korma was like a tin of mushroom soup with some spices added to it. Lamb Vindaloo was tasteless and swimming in grease

My husband and I were craving for some spicy Indian food. We call and order spicy vindaloo and butter chicken. . the soft spoken guy) takes my order. Come home to find out food is blah!! Not spicy at all!! Immediately I call and tell the restaurant and their response was.. ok I 'll make spicy if you want I thought I was clear when I requested for spicy. .I was under the assumption that I was getting spicy food!! I don 't know if it was a matter of not understanding the language or she really didn 't care about making a new batch of spicy Vindaloo and butter chicken! ! Whatever the reasons were.. we were highly dissapointed with our experience. If you wan spicy Indian food. .take the short drive and go to Desi Grill in NE! Excellent food and great portion sizes.

Tandoori King is our family's top choice for dining out. The owners are very friendly and the food is incredibly tasty. They also offer a great selection of vegetarian options.
