Subway - Chestermere

Very bad customer service by employee named bili there, he was very rude and unbearable behaviour, he was acting very disrespectful and racist and tried to fight and throwing coupon on counter because he can not figure out for order and got mad and was instigating to fight by showing hand gestures. Manager need to talk to him for his behaviour as we were not there to get free food we were actually buying it. The girl employee was very helpful and understanding this is for date 09/19/23

The worst customer service I have ever come across. Their employee, Billy was being outright racist. He was being welcoming with other clients but was throwing our sandwiches and coupons on the counter as he couldn't figure our bill properly. When we spoke up, he started being verbally and physically abusive. No one deserves such behavior especially when it's a paying customer in your establishment.

Worst service ever in subway. Not accepting coupons and arguing and pretending like a subway franchise owner. Best Subway restaurant. They take extra care. Will always stop here.

The staff is very friendly and everything neat and clean.One of my go-tos when hungry.
