I was waiting for 15 minutes at the drive thru speaker before being served, only for then to be 4 pieces of chicken down from the order, so basically they have robbed me of my own money. Paying for something I've not even received. Absolutely diabolical.

When I call... read more I have had a negative experience using the drive-thru at this restaurant twice. The first time, I discovered my order was incorrect when I got home. When I called to inform them, they said they no longer sold what I had asked for. Despite being charged for it, they told me to return with my receipt. When I went back, I was made to wait in the parking lot only to receive the wrong food once again. When I complained, I was told to be grateful for receiving anything. On my second visit, I waited at the speaker for a while before being told they didn't have half of the items displayed on the menu. After placing my order, I had to wait to pay and then wait again to receive my food after parking. Overall, it took 20 minutes from entering the drive-thru to leaving with my fast food.

The wipes provided are old and not effective for cleaning. There is a lack of atmosphere in general.
