Our experience last evening at Rustica was excellent as always. Jennifer and Andres greeted us warmly when we arrived. The service was attentive but not intrusive. The pacing of the food delivery from wine service to dessert was just right; we did not feel rushed nor did we wait long between courses. The quality of the food and preparation was top-notch. What bill argo doesn't like about Rustica:
Two issues: A Prix Fix menu is noted on their website (available Tues thru Thurs) we were there on a Thursday and was told by our server that it was not available. Also, a leverage fee of 3.75% appeared on our bill with no explanation until we asked. Was told it was because we paid by credit card. We last ate there in the summer 2023 but probably will not return. View all feedback.
This is a fantastic place. The staff is attentive and super efficient. The food is outstanding. The pasta is so fresh and tender. The sauces are rich and wonderful. Try the signature drinks..super delicious!!! A true gem!!
Very poor handicapped seating. The restaurant is basically inaccessible, except for one small table they stick in the corner of the very noisy bar. The food was good but the experience was not enjoyable.
Dinner with mom before heading home. Was a great meal, fresher than most restaurants. Mom says their meatballs are just as good as hers (don’t tell I said that)
Food excellent, including presentation. Service was top-notch and very accommodating. I did not expect the ambiance when I entered the restaurant, wonderful . The prices were very reasonable. This restaurant is a diamond in the ruff. I recommend it
While the food was cooked ok it lacked flavor. The salads were good but the halibut and the steak were bland. The chocolate sauce should have been placed under or on the side of the coconut cake not drowning in it. Need much more fresh herbs in cooking. Sorry but overrated.
