I stopped through town to try this ice cream place I had been following on instagram for quite some time. I got the blueberry cornbread (i think thats the name) the ice cream was delicious and clearly high quality. The only reason I didnt give this 5 stars was 1. they didnt have cake cones only sugar and 2. they didnt give samples. so many of their flavors are unique and i would have probably ordered a larger ice cre... Great ice cream and really fun flavors. Rose Cardamom was excellent!
Super cute ice cream shop! This is my number 1 spot. Nowhere else compares and trust me I’ve eaten my way through plenty of tubs of ice cream! Be sure to check out their monthly sundae and seasonal flavor specials!
Adorable shop with classic and unique flavors based on the season, all so creamy and delicious! You cannot go wrong here, and they offer ice cream flights, loaded sundaes, and large milkshakes, all for very reasonable pricing alongside classic cup/cone options. Friendly staff
Last year when we were walking down the street in Chester a man stopped us and said, “ do yourself a favor and go to that little store pointing at Honeycone to get a hot chocolate- it’s out of this world!” My bf got one, and the man was right! Zoom ahead a year or so to a cold, raw day in October today! We were kinda sorta near Chester, so we made the drive. This time I indulged in the vegan pumpkin ice cream. Wowza! I have NEVER enjoyed vegan ice cream, but this mom/daughter duo have got some secret sauce goin on there. Creamy, not overly sweet and so flavorful!!There were 3 different options for vegan ice cream. How wonderful ??Dietary restrictions: VEGAN options
The ice cream flavors are pretty unique. I had candied ginger and pumpkin caramel. They had a Thai tea ice cream that looked good too. The ginger was really good with the gluten-free ice cream cone but a little strong without it. Next time I'd get the pumpkin caramel (or other seasonal flavor) as a hot fudge sundae. There was a sign for homemade hot chocolate and I saw another sign about homemade marshmallows, so I may have to come back to try that. My husband got the chocolate hazelnut shake, which he enjoyed. He only wished it was a little thicker. More like a frappe (iykyk). The prices were pretty high for ice cream. Pints were about $10 and our shake and cone came to $19 with tip.
