The woman with the short haircut has a rather unpleasant attitude and tends to shout while speaking, along with the younger staff member. They come across as disrespectful and speak to customers in an inappropriate manner from behind the plexiglass. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when spending their hard-earned money. I used to visit frequently, but after this experience, I will not be returning. This was my last visit! Never again. Service: Takeout.

When I called t... read more I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I had a frustrating experience. I accidentally went to the wrong location and didn't receive my order. When I called the lady back to apologize and let her know I was on my way to pick it up, I was met with a pretty rude attitude. She mentioned my food was ready and then hung up on me abruptly. I think it's important to show a little patience when dealing with customers over the phone. I was only 7 minutes away from the right location!

When I pointed out the price listed on the menu, the staff quickly conferred among themselves before responding with, "tax!" Even if that were the case, their calculations were way off—tax rates are typically only between 6% and 8%. Instead of embarrassing myself by arguing with what seemed like dishonest practices, I decided it was best not to return. I can't help but wonder how frequently they manage to pull off these subtle overcharges.
