We searched all over this area for great Latin food. We had no luck until one day we decided to try El Nene Latin Food. We had the Steak Tacos the first time. They were delicious. The steak and tortillas and sauce were perfection. We have eaten there every Saturday for almost two months now. Everything we?ve had has been absolutely amazing. I highly recommend! I like it so much that I now go to the food truck in Centreville regularly! The food is fresh, hot and delicious. The birria tacos and guac are my go-to's. So good!
I was excited after seeing post on Facebook to go try them out. We ordered chicken quesadilla, beeftacos and fries. Beefa chicken was over cooked. First the fries were cold and they should tell you that it's huge ,why do they put ketchup and mayo on them? Gross. Also we got no sour cream or guacamole. Not worth 42
Tacos are my favorite food in the universe and I have eaten them all over the country. Tacos from El Nene are my absolute favorite tacos on Kent island. My husband and I have ordered them on over 30 occasions and the chicken and carnitas are always seasoned to perfection. I can't get enough of the chicken as it is probably the most delicious seasoned chicken I've ever had on a Taco anywhere. THE guac and chips are also fantastic....It would be nice if they would serve a side of some sort of crema drizzle...Yum... when I'm pregnant ?these tacos are all I want to eat! We LOVE El Nene!

We just enjoyed pupusas, carne asada tacos, guacamole and chips and a carne asada plate. Everything was excellent! Thank you to the very patient staff. We will be back!
