I appreciate a concise menu; having too many options can be overwhelming, and the Sunday menu was just right for us. The portion sizes were excellent, leaving me satisfied without feeling overstuffed. The beef was incredibly delicious, the terrine was great, and the parfait was fabulous. Very decent, classically influenced cooking, with a conservative menu that seems to appeal to a mostly grey hair audience. Bizarrely, the walls of the handsome Georgian dining room are lined with reproductions of popular artworks, such as the Mona Lisa, while the soundtrack features pop hits from crooners like Frank Sinatra. Absolutely beautiful eating and environment, attentive staff, especially the beautiful young lady who looked after the whole evening. it would definitely recommend, and without question would re-enter there, only wish that their restaurant was in lincoln where we live. beautiful!
Enjoyed a delicious meal here off the a la carte menu. Food was so tasty excellent presentation. Staff were great with just the right level of attentiveness friendliness. Atmosphere was spot on, very relaxed. Appropriate decor too. All round top notch. Will definitely return.
9 of us had afternoon tea there yesterday the service was great and staff where very friendly and checked we had enough of everything and got us more sandwiches. The food was delicious

Beautiful food. Great service. Tasting menu was definitely worth a try, had the matching wines too which were all perfect.
