What James wilson doesn't like about The Chester Tandoori:
Chester Tandoori’s food is excellent but it looks like the just eat driver took multiple orders to opposite ends of town. We ended up waiting nearly an hour for delivery while ETA Kept getting longer. When it arrived the bag had been tipped on its side and curry was spilled out of the container all over the bag. The food is now cold and the driver took too long. View all feedback. What Dan Reid likes about The Chester Tandoori:
I decided to try the Sunday buffet for £9.95 and was pleasantly surprised. The service was good and the manager was friendly, engaging in a nice conversation with us. The variety of food was decent, but I was hoping for better taste. Overall, it was a good experience. View all feedback.

One customer noted a significant increase in prices without prior notice, while another mentioned a decline in customer service following a recent refurbishment. Despite these negative experiences, others have praised the restaurant for its friendly staff and consistently flavorful dishes. The Sunday buffet was mentioned as a good value for money option, and some customers highlighted specific dishes like the lamb balti as standout choices. Overall, the consensus seems to be that while the restaurant may have its flaws, it continues to be a popular choice for those seeking quality Indian cuisine in Chester.
Chester Tandoori is a well established restaurant that still has a 70's / 80's look. It has plenty of seats in the many open type plan rooms the building

I actually think that this place is past it's primeIt used to be a nice place, but now the decor is showing the signs of neglect and it looks tacky.
