I visited Dabba to celebrate my Master's graduation with my parents and boyfriend. My parents had been to Dabba on their first day in Chester, and they enjoyed it so much that they took us back the following day! The food is amazing, and the staff are even more impressive, if that's possible. I highly recommend Dabba for your next trip to Chester. x Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I just had an amazing lunch at Dabba. It was our first visit, but certainly not our last. We were warmly welcomed with big smiles and led to our table. The staff explained the menu in detail, and we both decided to try the Dabba boxes. I chose the beef curry while my friend went for the sweet potato and coconut curry. Our meals arrived in charming tiffin boxes, accompanied by rice, roti bread, and a side salad. The beef curry was one of the best I’ve ever had—the beef was incredibly tender. My friend found her curry to be delicious with just the right level of spice. We were so eager to dive in that we forgot to take photos of the food! The decor was delightful, featuring family pictures and beautiful artwork, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. A special mention to our server, Abraham, who was exceptionally friendly and attentive. This place is a true gem, and I can't wait to return to try more of the delicious dishes on the menu! We had been looking forward to trying Dabba for quite some time, and it truly exceeded our expectations. With Indian family roots, finding an authentic South Indian restaurant is quite rare for us. The service was outstanding; the staff was busy (which we were glad to see) yet very gracious about the wait times, which felt reasonable to us. The masala dosa was fantastic, and I must highlight the smoked haddock and sweet potato curry—it was exceptional! One of the owners even came by to greet us at the end of our meal, adding a charming touch to our experience. We highly recommend Dabba and appreciate the wonderful hospitality.
