While some patrons have noted issues like small portion sizes and inconsistencies in spice levels, many appreciate the flavorful experience and attentive service. Highlights include the Tibetan lamb, praised for its rich taste. However, the establishment has faced challenges, such as sourcing and maintaining stock, which can detract from the dining experience. Overall, this restaurant shines with its commitment to quality food and heartfelt hospitality, making it a beloved choice among locals and visitors alike.
My husband and I decided to dine at this restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I have always been a fan of Chinese cuisine, but the dishes served at this restaurant were truly authentic. Unlike local takeout places that cater to Westernized versions of Chinese food, the dishes here were homemade, flavorful, and delicious. It felt like we were invited into a family home to savor traditional Chinese food. It was a delightful experience. The staff even showed me the proper way to use traditional chopsticks, which I was thrilled about. I cannot thank the restaurant team enough for providing us with such a wonderful meal.
I ordered takeout from this restaurant tonight. The food was good, but for the price of nearly £10.00, the portion sizes were very small. There wasn't much beef in my dish, mainly noodles. If you're hungry, I would recommend choosing a different restaurant. However, if you have a small appetite and don't mind the cost, then this place may be suitable for you.
This is hands down the best Chinese restaurant in Cheshire! The staff is fantastic and it has a lovely family-run atmosphere. The Tibetan lamb was absolutely delicious. A big thank you to Ying Ying for hosting us.
Overall we thought the food was tasty, but I particularly like my food very spicy. The serve advised that 2 dishes Mongolian chicken wings and Sichuan pepper chicken were very spicy, unfortunately neither of them had any heat in them at all, which detracted from me enjoying the meal.
Food average, one of the meals was incorrect. But, the toilets were not clean with mold showing in most areas. 4 out of 10
