Called in on a snowy day sat by the open fire the pub is decorated beautifully for Christmas , very cozy I had the feather blade of beef carrots roast parsnip and dauphinois potatoes and the chicken stuffed with haggis beautifully presented and hot . Had an overnight stay for my husband's birthday. Bed was uncomfortable and shower leaked. Bells at the local church going off every half hour throughout the night which would have been nice to have been warned. Starter and main were burnt, couldn't believe the chef had allowed the burnt pie to even leave the kitchen, couldn't cut through the pastry. The nacho startes also burnt but we let that go.
