They do what they say on the tin really! You know what you are getting with Costa. It’s clean and tidy so that’s a plus point, but I think they could do with another toilet as there is always a que for the 1 toilet. Frequent visitor and pretty standard Costa really. What adyval doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
Visited for the first and last time on Friday 12th May 2023. Wasnt busy but took ages to get served with only 1 person before me. the young staff talk a lot, have no customer service skills at all, also the coffee was not that good. Tables were not getting cleared. Had to go back to the counter for spoons. The place is large and the whole place needs some sorting out. View all feedback.
Like all other Costa outlets, this was OK. The service was quicker than usual, and the coffee was satisfactory, and the coffee glass had been filled properly as I now find that I regularly have to request that my drinks are filled to the top of the cup. And then of course, there is the issue of regular price hikes, reduction of rewards, and the frequent requests to top my drink up. I love the coffee, but other places are more reasonable. If prices keep rising, this may adversly affect the customer footfall.
Very slow service. Waited 15 minutes for a coffee and I was the only one at the counter.
Good service with coffee that is up to standard, however the place itself is way too small. It can fit only about 15 people and the toilets are a bit grimy.
Being a franchised store, doesn 't have the decor of a proper store, so is a bit dull and lifeless. Staff are excellent though
The staff at this restaurant were very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the cafe itself is quite dim inside, with the only windows located at the entrance. This lack of natural light can make the atmosphere feel a bit gloomy.
