Zero's Subs - Chesapeake

I called and ordered their grilled veggie sub- mentioned on their website. Told they don’t have that. Ok.....asked them what they did have that was vegetarian. I was told they had a sub called the Cosmo. Asked the girl who answered the phone what exactly was in that- she said “vegetables”. I literally had to ask her to clarify which vegetables were on the sub. She sighed and listed the vegetables. I hung up on her. Serious lack of customer service skills. Sorry, not sorry. Going to spend my money somewhere else.

I ordered a foot-long BLT which normally stands for bacon lettuce and tomato not burnt bacon lettuce and tomato this is absolutely ridiculous so they told me to save it and bring it back tomorrow and they would replace it I told him I took a picture they said that’s not good enough tell me if anybody would eat those burnt bacon ????

I love Zeros Subs! It is my favorite place to get a sub. I live in Ohio and whenever I come to see my family we have to get Zeros! With a big family, picky eaters, and vegetarians, Zeros is one of our regular places to get dinner. I definitely recommend Zeros!

I arrived at the restaurant at 8:40 pm, only to find that the store was supposed to close at 9 pm. Two employees were staring at me and I wondered if they were closed. It turns out they were just waiting to go home in 20 minutes. Thank you.

To make matters worse, when the food arrived, neither sandwich had the peppers we had ordered. We only received one drink, which was not diet as requested, and only one order of fries. The fries were undercooked and soggy. This was the most disappointing experience I have had at a sub shop, especially considering I have been a fan of Zeros since 1974. The Churchland Zeros location did not live up to the Zeros standards I have enjoyed for so many years. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Just terrible.
