I had a great time at Latin night and the new bartenders were fantastic - very friendly and quick to serve drinks. The food was also good, with vegetarian options available. The only minor complaint I have is that the cauliflower wings weren't as expected, but still tasty. It seems like there may be new management in place, as the overall experience was different from previous visits.

I recently attempted to make a last-minute stay at the opposite restaurant due to a family emergency. As a loyal member, I hoped to use my points and money for the reservation. After confirming room availability, I called to make a reservation but was informed by customer support that I could not use my points or certificate. Despite being told there were rooms available, I was unable to use my points or certificate due to blackout dates. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service and loyalty appreciation.

Wow! Spending a few nights in the bar was such a pleasant experience thanks to our bartender, Morgan. She was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. Thank you!

This property is located in the midst of a cluster of marriott and perhaps other hotels near the autobahn and many suburban chains. check-in and check-out was easy, elevators were in order and the room itself was simply furnished. I just wish it had a microwave since I tried to heat a suppe in the room, and it just didn't work for me.

Chelsea was attentive and very sweet. Made my time here lovely!
