After work, I went to the restaurant with my coworker and we were served excellently. It was exactly what I had been hoping for. The breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns, and orange juice were all priced at $11.00. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Waffle House:
The waiter in the morning was impolite and disrespectful to customers. The manager was on their personal phone and did not listen to customer requests, resulting in incorrect orders. I had to call out the staff in order to get the correct service we paid for. It was disappointing to see the lack of attention to customer needs. The behavior of the team reflected poorly on the management. View all feedback.
The staff at this restaurant are fantastic. My only suggestion would be to improve security, as its location makes it vulnerable to theft in today's society.
CeeCee was fantastic and the service was excellent. The chef, Mr. Mark, was also fantastic! He had us laughing and joking, making for a great experience. It's always a wonderful place to eat and I will definitely be returning. Mrs. Linda is also a great server. They all deserve a raise!
We waited for 30 minutes with dirty dishes on our table before it was finally cleaned. However, instead of taking our drink order, the staff took orders from three other tables that had just arrived. Frustrated, we decided to leave the restaurant.
The dirtiest Waffle House that we have ever been to. Completely nasty!
