Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Chesapeake

Edit: Suddenly able to order a basic smoothie and food now. Very strange. ______ Tested to order as usual via Grubhub, and this place now asks me to add $19.72, which was already over a $19.00 order. Thanks for trying out a newer smoothie place. I liked this place too.

You should know your products or the ability to ask someone, and should drink your smoothie while taking customer orders. But the drinks were good.

The staff was very friendly. I had the hurricane smoothie and Cajun shrimp wrap. They were both delicious. However, they were out of passion fruit and I substituted with again. Still tasty though.

I ordered online and the order was ready when I arrived. The store was clean. I did not interact with the employees since my order was on the counter for pick up. I ate at the table outside which was also clean. My flatbread had too much pesto, but I suppose that can be a personal preference. The area is hard to get in to and out of due to traffic, but that is not the store?s fault as they are located in a busy area.

So I want to give Curtis an amazing 5 stars to restore my smoothies and make them amazing how they could be. His customer service was on the point and that will take him a very long way!!!
