Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Chesapeake

I'm so in love with this place. Ever since my husband has been working at this site by Target I've been going to eat at this location for about 3 days now. They open early so it's convenient. It's affordable to eat the meals and they're healthy. I tried the jerk chicken wrap and I didn't put it down to take a break. The avocalada smoothie is delicious like the other healthy smoothies. Thank you so much for you're awesome customer service too. I'll be back. I love in Norfolk but I'll travel to this location every time. I appreciate good customer service,can't find that everywhere.

Dirty place piles of what looked like things swept up some time agoSmoothies however hit a certain kinda way They had out of order signs onboth Bathrooms How is it possible that all restrooms in a food /drink establishment are closed and they can open Did o mention the place is filthy Employees so not great don't Say thank you or are any help at all

Every time I go it just gets worse. My detox Island green is freaking brown! Nasty, tastes like bad kale and nothing else. I won't be going back. They screw up your order every single time.

The service is usually decent here. however I came in late one evening and was charged for swapping proteins. I expressed that usually swapping doesn't cost extra as I am only getting one protein. she proceeded to ignore me but I went ahead and paid because it was already closing time.
