The customer service and telephone manners at this restaurant are excellent. The vegan "wings" are more like nuggets and are fried perfectly. However, I wish the staff were better informed about vegan options. Despite explaining that I cannot eat dairy products because I am vegan, I was still offered dairy sauces and had to decline. Even after this explanation, I was given a salad dressing that was meant to be Balsamic but actually contained Feta cheese. I felt unwell after tasting a small amount and realizing it had a cheesy texture. Additionally, I had to remove what appeared to be buttered croutons from my salad, despite specifying my salad preferences without croutons.

This restaurant is a hidden gem located right by the battlefield, offering a refreshing change from the typical bar food found nearby. The vegan wings were incredibly tasty and it was evident that the owner, who is vegetarian, made sure to cater to all dietary needs. She expressed her desire to provide more options than just salads, although they did look tempting. I am excited to return and try their vegan cheese fries, as their regular fries were not only adorable but also delicious. The service was excellent, the owners were friendly, and overall it was a fantastic experience. I am thrilled that Great Bridge now has some great dining options available.
