1. They often promise that an order will be ready in 20 minutes. When customers arrive after 30 minutes, they are met with rudeness and told that they are busy and can’t prepare the order. There’s no communication about the delay, and when customers arrive, they aren't even informed about when their order will be ready, often receiving comments like, “it could be another 30 minutes,” which is frustrating when they are already there. 2. Sometimes, just a few minutes after placing an order, they call to say they are out of meat or do not have a specific type available. 3. They frequently run out of meat. When asked about when they will have more stock, they tell customers it will be available on Thursday. Yet, when customers call back on Thursday, they are informed that it will not be available until the following week, which shows they are quite unreliable. I genuinely want to support her business, and I understand that they can get busy at times. However, that does not excuse their rude behavior and poor customer service.

I really love the concept of purchasing fresh meat and having the option to have it cut to my specifications based on what I'm planning for dinner. I often make biryani, curries, lamb dishes, and kebabs. They offer halal meat, which I appreciate, and it feels incredibly fresh and cleaner. I enjoy the diverse flavors, from sweetness to spiciness, and also the many Eastern European delights available, like stuffed grape leaves.

I won’t be returning to this restaurant. I had several negative experiences, including rude service and a lack of reliability.

This is the best halal meat supplier I believe. he's very honest when the meat isn't fresh, he says it at the front. I also saw that he always sells the freshest delicacies, he moves the older ones away when the fresh ones come. He's very nice and polite. all food products are appropriate. they don't have tonne variety, but I think that's the only way to lower the price. his flesh was soou soft and tasty, my man loved it too.
