Starbucks - Chesapeake

Mr. Charlie and the lady that assisted me was very helpful. The lady was suppose to go on break and still tried to help me. I appreciate their time and effort. Not only did they make my drink delicious but made my experience enjoyable.P.S caught Charlie off guard lol

This is one of my favorite Starbucks to come work at! The staff is always so welcoming attentive. All the praise to Charlie! He definitely goes above beyond it is so appreciated

My barista today was Jada! She was absolutely INCREDIBLE!! Not only did she put me on to a new drink (which I'm in love with) but her customer service was phenomenal. Such a great way to start this month out. She totally made my day and didn't even know it ?

6:30 Aug 5th When I walked up to order, the employee was busy joking around with a Kroger employee who was standing at the register. The food case was completely empty, and they were out of ingredients to make my wife's drink. After I ordered, the Kroger employee had moved to where you pickup the coffee and proceeds to set his open food container of chicken on the counter while they resumed a casual conversation. Shamefully unprofessional.

I went inside with my family at around 6:30. There were two people behind the counter and another employee standing over to the side. No one acknowledged us or came to take our order while we stood for at least 5 minutes at the cash register. There was one person in the drive thru and us so it’s not like there was a line out the door. Luckily there was one across the street inside Kroger. However when we went inside the girl working there said she was going on break and to come back in an hour. I’ve never had an experience like this before at Starbucks.
