Service terrible. No refill on drinks my shrimp over cooked. She never asked how good was. Sorry she needs to work where she doesn't deal with customer service. We won't return
I usually say nothing bad about a place, but I won't be back to this ruby Tuesday. when we tried to order, there were many things that were not available on the menu. I understand, we ordered other things and we were informed about some of the things we ordered, that will be an additional fee that is good, although I can see this on the menu. I got a little frustrated after the 3rd or 4th time, the waitress told us about different things. eating was okay, not the best we ever had. the waitress was very attentive to their other customers. but we had to stop working to ask for thoughts like refilling and even the check. the waitress managed to stand there above my shoulder after someone else has made us go teller while we were ready to go and pay, that is until I gave her the money and chased her away. I was very annoyed with the way we were treated there, and the fact that at least our waitress seemed to be in the mental attitude that we could not afford to eat there.
