Ruby Tuesdays - Chesapeake

The staff at the restaurant was very friendly. Unfortunately, there were some issues with my dinner order - it was not delivered as I had requested. The manager and server seemed to believe that it was the kitchen's mistake, not the server's. Ultimately, the server should have caught the error before bringing the order to me.

The staff was very friendly, and the salad bar was great. However, the entire restaurant is in need of an upgrade and deep clean, which is why I am giving it three stars. The carpet was old and sticky, causing my shoes to stick with every step. The stalls and walls had old food on them, and the place had a musty smell, possibly from the cooking. This made it difficult to enjoy the meal as the smell was overwhelming. I hope the business considers renovating the place, as it has the potential to be great with a better atmosphere.

The customer service at this restaurant could have been better, and the food was not enjoyable. We ordered the bourbon chicken dish and it seemed like they had split a single chicken breast between my sister and me. The corn on the cob had no butter or spices on it and tasted bland. It felt like the food had just come out of a can. When the waitress asked if we wanted melted butter for the corn, we declined. Overall, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

I usually say nothing bad about a place, but I won't be back to this ruby Tuesday. when we tried to order, there were many things that were not available on the menu. I understand, we ordered other things and we were informed about some of the things we ordered, that will be an additional fee that is good, although I can see this on the menu. I got a little frustrated after the 3rd or 4th time, the waitress told us about different things. eating was okay, not the best we ever had. the waitress was very attentive to their other customers. but we had to stop working to ask for thoughts like refilling and even the check. the waitress managed to stand there above my shoulder after someone else has made us go teller while we were ready to go and pay, that is until I gave her the money and chased her away. I was very annoyed with the way we were treated there, and the fact that at least our waitress seemed to be in the mental attitude that we could not afford to eat there.

Burger was delicious couldn't finish it because I added the salad bar which on its own is a meal, staff was also friendly and attentive.
