Mcdonald's - Chesapeake

I cannot recommend this McDonald's for several reasons. While some employees are excellent, others seem completely unfit to be working there. The service is consistently slow, often making you wait 15 to 30 minutes in the drive-thru. The staff tends to be rude when addressing any issues that arise. It might be worth visiting if you're eating late at night or early in the morning, but I would suggest avoiding it during any other times of the day due to the long wait times.

Fast food has really changed since the 90s, and it seems like the focus on food has disappeared as well. With all the recent changes in the franchise, what I'm left with is a McDonald's that feels nothing like the one I grew up with. Everything is so dry and overly salty! Three months ago, someone tossed a McDonald's burger in the parking lot where I live, and it sat there for days without attracting any attention. It makes you wonder—if even the animals and insects avoid it, should we be eating it? Just a personal thought. I still find myself going there because my child loves the nuggets, even if I question whether it's worth it.

Open late so that is good for my night adventures, but check your bag you might forget to put your nuggets there

The service was slow and unsatisfactory. From the window, I noticed a female employee at the beverage station who was not wearing a mask and was eating, even during a health pandemic. This situation definitely requires attention. Date of visit: September 19, 2020, at 10 o'clock.

This McDonald's is slow as molasses. You can never just get your order and leave. Considering no one was in line until I got there, it's a shame you can't get cheeseburgers without having to wait so long for them. Having you pull over every time and wait for your meal is ridiculous. The under cooked fries and flavorless Dr pepper just topped off the meal. Need to check the flavor for the drinks and quit giving out carbonated water. I'm definitely NOT lovin' it!!
