I'm sorry, but you can't hit the Dunkin app yet. You command, pay, and you go through the ride, give them your name and pick them up. Every time. I personally like to drive so that every area in which I am can try it. Also in Pennsylvania. The only thing that slows down the process is that nobody knows about the app or not. I took it 10 min to 1 min and sat in the line. Safe enough on arrival to the speaker they have my order ready. Great thing isn't a contact, especially if all of them pay.

Staff is rude. Ice cream is old. They are alwaya out of products and can never get what we want. This place needs serious attention! Good thing Starbucks is nearby.

Used the drive thru. It is a little tricky knowing if this is a drive thru until you are pulling in, but since I had to make a right turn into the parking lot, there were about 3-4 buildings side by side, and I didn't see any signs for a drive thru until I drove past and saw directions painted on the road to go around the back. Able to read the menu board. The speaker system was the right volume and able to clearly understand the staff. They repeat your coffee order (cream, flavors, sugar, etc) to make sure it's correct. Yea! I was there at a good time, no waiting! Coffee and order was correct. Will stop by here again if I'm passing through. Don't forget to use the coupons! .99 iced coffee for me!
