My friend and I each ordered a wrap; one of them, which was only three dollars, was delicious and served steaming hot. Unfortunately, the second wrap in both our orders had a frozen egg, which was quite disappointing. I had to warm it up on my knee for about 10 to 15 minutes.

The staff took an unusually long time to process orders, turning what should have been a quick experience into a ten-minute wait. Furthermore, the menu options available were quite limited compared to what is advertised. If you choose to order here, be prepared for the possibility that they might not even carry what you want. Additionally, don’t count on receiving any eye contact or a friendly “Have a nice day!”

For instance, my son loves chocolate sprinkles, and they never have them in stock, regardless of when I go. I also frequently try to order bacon, egg, and cheese croissants, but they never have those either. It’s quite disappointing to encounter this consistently. However, this might just be my personal experience, so take my review with a grain of salt—it may not happen to you.

I thought it couldn’t get any worse, but recent months have shown otherwise. The staff are often quite rude, and over 90% of the time, the drinks from the menu are below expectations. I've visited multiple mornings for convenience on my way to work, despite knowing better. During business hours, the dining area lights have been off and the doors locked. Once, a man even tried to walk through the drive-thru, and while he was ordering, I overheard an employee asking a manager if they could let him in. There were no signs indicating it was drive-thru only, and the app showed dine-in was available. This entire situation feels like a complete joke. The problems here seem to stem from poor management and affect the whole team. If you don’t mind wasting a few dollars at a disappointing Dunkin’, then feel free to go. Otherwise, I suggest looking elsewhere for your coffee and breakfast needs.

Despite living just across the street and givi... read more Every time I visit this Dunkin', the donuts and muffins are stale. The service leaves much to be desired as well. Despite living just across the street and giving them multiple chances, I usually prefer going to the Battlefield location for fresher donuts and muffins. Their coffee is also much better made. This spot definitely needs new management.
