Domino's Pizza - Chesapeake

I have only ordered delivery from this store, and from that perspective, this location is on fire! Out of several deliveries, only one has been delayed, and they sent me an email with a free pizza before I even had a chance to think about complaining (I probably wouldn’t have because the service and food had always been top quality prior to that and things happen) and that shows exceptional customer service. Every order has been perfect since as well. Thanks for all y’all do!

I'm waiting for my order over two hours, the store called for me. I have done business with this site, for over a year now without these many problems, finally someone got to thru, and Traci the delivery driver replied to the phone, as I said, I wait for my order for over 2 hours, she told me that she couldn't help me because all her orders weren't complete for delivery, made her orders up again, and I need it to wait longer. Deliver what u have and go back for more don't make ppl wait, how stupid is this chick!!! I don't care what Domino's policy is for the riders, u guys take the money immediately and promote 30-40 minutes delivery, 2hr is a joke, not even a busy restaurant makes you Waite so long. This is bad costume service and bad politics as soon as an order is placed, it should give back in the time frame is Traci has her **** together or not!!! not placed to 2hr later order @5 is 7 'ockl and still wait. Ask for a manager and refund, to hold back I wait for 30 minutes now and no manager has come on the phone!

2 years ago, this place was great and a goto spot for quality and fast delivered pizza. From now on, it's an under-average place. My last two orders, one missing from toppings and the last, it took 90 minutes to get to my house. The pizza sauce was dried out because it sat in the warmer for too long. The same thing happened a few months ago, but we thought it was just a bad day. It seems like a trend.

I ordered several times from this store and had to call the store twice after I noticed that my order in the store is completely and ready for delivery for over 30 minutes and both times the people who talked to me were very rude. They always take an excessive time to deliver our order and it is almost always cool and/or moderate. We? ve finally decided to give up, although it is so convenient near.

I ordered a pizza today at 13:53 as if I hadn't got my pizza yet. I called this place at 15:12 to learn about my order. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and simply said good were busy. I explained that this is unacceptable, waiting for almost 2 hours without communication.i then asked to talk to their manager, she says I don't know that I put you in the handle and then hanged. That's BEYOND unacceptable. I have a screaming toddler and I paid for my order with an expectation of a common court service.
