I Love Chipotle. They have a versatile menu. Regardless if you are a traditional eater, vegetarian, or a Vegan, they have options that will fit your eating style. CORPORATE LOOK AT YOUR REVIEWS!!!!SICKENING!!! Waited 10min with one customer in front of me. 5min was all i needed to observe the rudeness of the staff, the dirtiness of the entire restaurant, and NO food whatsoever. I feel bad for the customer in front of me. She ordered a fajita and all she got was a few slivers of onion/peppers and 1 tablespoon of steak. Absolutely repulsed by the state my food was in. Sour cream was covering my food and looked like it had been thrown on the floor and they didn’t give me a fork with my order. will not be eating here until crew stops caking my food in sour cream and remembers to give silverwareFood: 1/5
This is the worst location to go to. If one of the employees sees that their fellow coworker is having a hard time helping a customer, they will just stand there and not speak up. Also please teach your employees how to wrap a burrito! We had a worker wrap ours 3 times with different wraps and still didn’t wrap it right! It had holes in it with food spilling out. The worker wiped the food off of the aluminum and gave us a messy wrapping and a mashed up ball of food. My bestie did not want to ask for them to do it again(for obvious reasons)Waiting for them to the cook rice is also a thing too
I wish that I could give this place zero stars. I went today to have lunch with my sister, and this place was extremely unprofessional, in disarray, and one of the employees was ready to leave but the coverage wasn’t there yet. The lady that was on the line was rude, and they said they didn’t have veggies for the veggie bowl. I continued to order, I asked for queso, and she said you know that it’s a dollar or so extra, and I said yes. in my mind I'm thinking I can read) I asked for a discount because they didn’t have the veggies and her attitude was horrible. Saying they don’t give discounts, but you don’t have the product. However, I left and spent my money else where because I refuse to spend money at a place that’s rude, and unprofessional.This place needs training on customer service.
I always have a great experience at this location however decided to do the online order today bad mistake. Missing ingredients from order which I had to pay extra and never received. I would not recommend using the app at this location although this is one bad experience that I had.Food: 2/5
They NEVER have rice ready. The staff seems lost at times. One employee went to the bathroom and barely even washed his hands when he came out. It takes like 45 minutes to even get the food made even though there were literally 5 employees there working. The order took so long I ended up leaving without my food or my money back. $20 bucks gone. I emailed Chipotle with no response as of yet regarding my concerns. Wow, this location is so dysfunctional it should be closed so the crew can be retrained. Just look at the other reviews all complaining about the food and service time.Update: they refunded my money so that's definitely a plus.
