Buffalo Wild Wings - Chesapeake

I don’t understand how there can be 4 out of 20+ tables taken and it’s still a 20-30 minute wait. We were the only ones in the restaurant waiting and the host had the most rude attitude. Every employee working that I saw was moving like sloths. After 10 minutes of waiting for seemingly no reason we left. A table that was seated before us still had no server get to their table and if I’m going to spend money on going out, I’d rather give that money to a place that cares about their customers and have staff that are competent. What a disappointment.

1st time I've ever been here, honestly I wasn't impressed, there was 5 of us and we requested a table, waited about 45 mins, was told table was available, they took us to a booth, stating this was only thing available. The booths need some much needed repairs, as I immediately sunk into huge hole lol but we were starving so we made due.. the waitress was amazing, even though you could tell she was running around crazy, she appeared to be only one actually working ??‍ now to the food, or lack of I should say.. I ordered the chicken tenders and fries, the chicken was terrible ? honestly tasted liked cheap frozen tenders, rubbery in texture, fries were cold, and on the big tray/plate it looked like I ordered off kids menu, or like I got whatever was leftover or something... sadly I can say this was probably my 1st and LAST TIME visiting this establishment.

Never had a horrible experience until now. After driving home and opening my food. I noticed that i didn't have crispy wings, and my veggies were missing. I called and the associate she told me they don't cook crispy wings on Tuesday (convey that when ordering) asked if I would bring the food back....I live 25 minutes away and gas isn't cheap. Told me to bring it back when I come to Chesapeake next week. So hold the food for a week..... really! After spending my funds!! BWW... there are other wing places.

I asked three times about street tacos with bark meat and got even chickener so I could be charged more. I said I wanted meat. the answer of the waiter was no longer worrying. That's the 4th time that this happened, not to mention that I don't like her. many other places to go, they bring the food they desire. save time and money and go somewhere else.

A clean bww with excellent service. I left when I was busy, and they still made me take care of myself in the bar area. at five stars based on other bww experiences. will be revisited when I am on the contrary food ordered: afteros, wings and pommes. everything perfectly cooked. drinks ordered: jack and coke, moscow mule and house beer. all served well and tasted good.
