What Quincy Champlin doesn't like about Baskin-robbins:
Baskin Robbins is my favorite ice cream shop, but the customer service at this particular location is terrible. The flavors are not labeled and the workers don't seem to know what ice creams they have available. This restaurant is always a wonderful place to visit. They have the best selection of ice cream around! The staff is friendly and helpful. I have been a customer for over 10 years and the only time I was disappointed was when I was pregnant and they were out of cookie and cream ice cream. Other than that, I have been 100% satisfied every time. Highly recommend! View all feedback.
