It was our favorite curry house in the area, but recently my husband got food poisoning from here and was very ill for a few days. He suspects it was the rice, as it tasted off. We later found out that their hygiene rating has been consistently low for years. It's disappointing because we want to support our local restaurant, but we can't take the risk of ordering from here again. We hope they improve their hygiene standards so we can return in the future.

Noticed very few customers in the restaurant and the phone hardl... read more Food was good as always but the service was poor. The main waiter really could not be bothered. Noticed very few customers in the restaurant and the phone hardly rang for takeaway orders. Now I discover they have a Zero food hygiene rating and even at best a few years ago it was only a two star. They need to address this ASAP as they will not survive with poor service and a zero hygiene rating. I notice they do not display the green hygiene certificate in the window any more.
