I went to bicester today to get a bit too day and noticed that there were a few people, but I thought I was sure it won't take long! 25 minutes I waited for my simple burger and chips I got, they said they were short-time servants. but some people had waited for 40 minutes! they could have told people the least that there was a long waiting period or those who had waited for free time, or even a drink while waiting. they were probably more concentrated on deliveries than the actual customers. the coworker at the front serving had no care in the world and simply took his time and was a little rude when I asked how much longer my order would be, as I would only get 40 minutes to lunch and I waited 25 of them! I'll never go back there because it must be the worst franchise I've ever visited, and I was in Britain to load and never had any problems. absolutely terrible customer service and terrible service in general. I'd give a 0 stars if I could, and I'm gonna tell my friends that they're gonna stay clear.
I ordered a delivery of 3 bonless banquet meals and it came to £33 .each part of the chips was a total sweat. in each section there were aprox 6 chips. I used it before I was destroyed, but thought I'd go again. never back. total
The half of the meal was ordered on app. big pommes were 15 pommes. cuteties were missing from child dishes, chicken fillets were missing and gravy was missing. all drinks had set up for some on the app.
The food at KFC was good as always, but I was disappointed that despite registering on the government website for a discount, I did not receive one. I purchased a 6 piece bucket for the usual price of £10.99 on a Tuesday evening, but there was no discount applied. It seems that KFC Buckingham Rd in Bicester is registered for the discount scheme but does not actually offer it. There was a notice on the window explaining that they do not participate in the discount program. Be cautious and make sure you can afford to pay the regular price before promising a treat to your kids at this location.
