Feedback
I think you may be confusing me with ‘another’ unhappy customer! I am the customer who got shoved in to a poxy room that smelt damp and the bathroom had a strong smell of urine! I never had a dog!
My husband and I went out for Sunday lunch at this restaurant. We were looking at the menu when the manageress approached us and informed us that we were seated in the family area, where children can be noisy. The area was nearly empty, with only an elderly man sitting alone at one table. Despite this, the manageress suggested that we move to the bar area, as children were not allowed there. It was clear that she wanted us to relocate. This was not the first time we had encountered issues with this unfriendly manageress, so we took it personally and decided to leave. We will not be returning to this restaurant again.
