CaffÉ Veneto - Cherwell
CaffÉ Veneto
Description
Caffe Veneto in Banbury offers a mixed experience, with delicious food and coffee, but poor hygiene and service. The self-proclaimed chef lacks pizza-making skills and displays arrogance towards customers. However, loyal patrons praise the friendly owner, tasty specials, and welcoming atmosphere. Suggestions for improvement include cleanliness, staff appearance, and a loyalty scheme. With a variety of menu options, this spot could be a hit with the right tweaks.

Brilliant cafe. Brilliant high quality food. Lovely Breakfast cooked perfect. Highly recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I've been to this cafe with my daughter on many occasions. We felt it was welcoming. Today she passes by expecting the same friendly approach asking if she can use the bathroom passing as she was in alot of pain. The man asked her where she got her takeaway coffee cup from and insisted no. Told her she had to walk back to the shopping centre. No one would expect their young daughter to be treated this was in a similar situation. Very rude we will not be returning. Service: 1
Excellent freshly made omelette. Opens earlier than it says on Google and so pleased it was! I’m a vegetarian and it was no problem for them to make it cheese and tomato for me. Will definitely come back Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
First time in today. Brilliant. Is one word but in truth : the food was gorgeous. Light fluffy scrambled eggs and crispy bacon and it was crispy. Enough tea for two cups and enough milk for both of them. Proper butter for the 4 slices of toast I got. Setting was great staff were fast and friendly. All in all ‘Proper tidy’ ????????
