Excellent service! Super fast and efficient. That being said, the poutine sauce tastes practically nothing (to my taste of course) and the mammoth burger had practically no sauce. Drier than anything else. 1 burger, 2 poutines and 2 liqueurs for like $36 doesn't do it in my opinion. Sorry.

I have been going to this place for years which was Patate Marco. Since it's Henri it's really disappointing, the cashier who smokes outside rushes back in to serve customers without washing her hands, the tables are dirty, the food is good but nothing more. Really a shame, this place was a real institution before Henri. Damage! I don't want to criticize but rather a constructive comment that the owners should correct the situation.

Poutine too small for the price and served lukewarm at best.

We went back 3 times for the same order because the 2 cashiers were unable to take an order. The poutine was cold, out of 10 hot dogs there were only 2 that had the right ingredients, the bread was completely undercooked, the same for the cabbage... at least the semblance of cabbage that was there. They're lucky to be the only restaurant in the area...but that won't stop us from never going back there again.
