Great food! The Bento boxes are quite the treat and very well priced, however, grilled sushi taste okay, bit pricey, quality of sashimi used is average buy at least they give you very large chunks of sashimi.
We are regulars and usually they are not bad. However, the failed to pack the sauce for both the agedashi tofu and the truffle poke (so we got 2x dishes of dry tofu) in our take away today. When we called, they did not offer any compensation and tried to pass it off as sauces are free . That 's terrible customer service given that we didn 't receive the dishes we paid for. They also refused to acknowledge there was anerror initially either, insisting that the sauces were included. Very disappointed and unlikely to ever return to the restaurant.
It’s a very slow service . Waiting for a order more than 30 minutes . And customer service is below average. But food is tasty. But I won’t go there
Welcoming atmosphere and great cuisine in the Hills. Friendly and attentive service. Fast and delicious array for menu items. The lunch specials look like great value for money. We had fresh sashimi that melted in your mouth it was so fresh. We also had the salt and pepper prawns and chilli fired pork. Both were good sized servers and full of flavour. Licensed so we also had a few Japanese beers.
