Honestly, since this place opened, it has made getting Domino's pizzas so much easier. I really appreciate not having to drive all the way to Thornleigh anymore. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Domino's Pizza Cherrybrook Nsw:
disgustingly found a sharp piece of plastic in the pizza by telling them that they said like no big thing, I should pick up another pizza that could not take the problem seriously a child could have swallowed, even if I had picked up the pizza, they would hit the dach with chemical spill over the often and cook prep area this should be a disgusting domino. Today we ordered vegorama and Spicy peppy Paneer Pizza. Both the pizzas haven’t turned out as expected. One of them only olives, very lessVeggies and too much of cheese and no taste at all, felt like a reheated Pizza. Secondly spicy paneer pizza, has hardly any paneer and toooo much sauce on it. It’s basically a crispy bread with sauce on it.

We have made a $77 order for three vegan pizzas and four garlic breads. 15 minutes before the arrival of our order we received a call from a worker who informed us that there was no vegan bark, although there was an option on the website (one of the pizzas was a custom pizza with double vegan bark). he said eagerly that I needed to get another ingredient to add the pizzas instead of the mock meat. in a hurry, maybe I said mushroom? after that he hung up. once on the phone I thought about it and realized that my custom pizza had already mushrooms and was intended to have double-beef. because this was an expensive order, it did not make me sense to have three times mushrooms and ground vegetables on a pizza intended to cost $20 alone. I called back within 2 minutes, but the phone was answered only 3 minutes later. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund, so we could go to a pizza shop that actually had the vegan options, such as crust or the local pizzeria. I was bluntly told that they had already made the pizza so there was nothing they could do. now I'm a millennial, I'm not a car, I was very polite on the phone and it takes a lot to complain to me. but I was not happy with the customer service let alone that we were not given what we had ordered. I said we could have a partial refund instead. the guy on the phone said he could do the next time we ordered, we could have 2 free toppings on our pizza. that's worth $2. I said there was no next time because we wouldn't come back. this is not the first time that we had problems with cherrybrook domino, with my man alex had wrong orders and terrible customer service in the past. when my custom pizza arrived, it had definitiw not enough mushrooms to correlate x2 vegan bark plus mushrooms. not to mention that it has spinat on it, despite no order for spinat. my friend who passes by thornleigh domino has ordered vegan bark from there and we will put it on our pizzas ourselves.
When you sit in front of the shop in the carpark for ten minutes calling the shop watching every employee walk passed the phone and not answering it and then having to get out to grab the pizza was a poor effort from the shop, especially after requesting car delivery in the carpark.
1.5 hours after ordering, my order hasn't been updated on the app. I've tried calling, nobody answers the phone. It's within train hours and nobody is any help. I've got people waiting for their lunch and these guys can't do the most basic job in the world.
